Shipping policy

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only within Sri Lanka. All orders are shipped via courier service.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 350 applies islandwide.

Order Processing

• Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM on business days will be handed over to the courier on the same day.
• Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment & Dispatch Terms

• Cash on Delivery (COD): We will contact the phone number provided in the order for confirmation before dispatch. The courier will collect the full order amount at the time of delivery.
• Card Payments & Bank Transfers: Orders will be dispatched only after full payment is successfully received.
• Koko / Payzy: Orders will be dispatched after successful completion of the first installment payment.
